Sales & Marketing Assistant – Healthcare (Berkshire)

Sutherland Health Group Plc. owners of the Condomania® condom brand is a healthcare company committed to developing and marketing high quality brands and products that will benefit NHS health professionals and consumers alike. Currently embarking on an expansion programme, our aims are to bring to the NHS, not just condoms but other sexual health related products too.

A challenging role that encompasses all areas of the marketing mix, focusing predominantly on customer development, sales, and promotional campaigns, but in addition would also include assisting with new product development, exhibitions, web development, advertising, and PR. This position would ideally suit a graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in sales or marketing, and who has an enthusiastic approach to working in a small friendly team, within a highly competitive market place. The position will enable a proactive candidate to develop quickly within the early stages of the Group’s growth.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be numerate, have a flair for creativity and have the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. Due to the innovative nature of our business all applicants must be forward thinking, ambitious, well organised, and have a keen eye for detail.
