RESULT OF AGM AND AGM STATEMENT

The Board of Sutherland Health Group, a national supplier of patient hygiene, sexual health and diagnostic products to customers including the NHS, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today all Resolutions were duly passed.

John French, Chairman, provided the following statement:

"Whilst suffering a fall in sales of our patient hygiene range to NHS England as a result of lower cost products being introduced from China, the company has been very active in continuing its policy introduced during the previous year, of developing and extending the range of products available to the broader sector of the market to encompass GPs, Private Clinics and Private Hospitals. As a result the range has been extended by the introduction of 8 new products and 5 key distributors who are now representing the company going forward.

We will of course maintain an active relationship with the NHS and indeed are continuing to supply a range of products under contract, but it is a part of our on-going strategy to extend and develop a more diverse customer base. Recent successes in gaining new distribution outlets, has already seen the percentage of NHS England business change from 73% last year to currently 55%.

Looking ahead the financial year has started well, recognising that it will take time to build sales in the new sectors, but I am pleased to report encouraging signs. On the 15th of August, we announced an exciting new range of Baby Products with initial orders being placed by both NCT (formerly known as the National Child Care Trust) and Amazon UK. We are expecting further positive developments going forward to support the return to profitability.

As always I would like to extend my thanks to the management and staff who have worked so hard during the year in helping with the positive developments taking place. I would also like to thank our shareholders and advisers for their support.

The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
